How it Works
Our
site development staff continues to locate ideal Tradewinds
Sail Tower placement sites along high traffic but rural
locations near highways and the Interstate freeway system.
These sites typically on vacant land with highway frontage are
rated by traffic count, visibility, and wind strength and
direction, and electrical grid tie-in. Other factors are also
considered like incentives granted for that location and
permit restrictions or cost. We then map these sites for
selection by our advertisers.
Tradewinds Sail
Tower Lease purchase is either done by one of our investors
who then rents the tower for advertising or the advertiser
purchases their own tower and receives 10 free rent years at
the selected site. more details for

The space rent
is paid to the land owner by the energy generated by the wind
turbines. This varies depending on 3 factors, the wind
strength at that location and the rate the local power pays
for green power, and current incentives paid by states
and even local incentives by some cities and counties. more
